About
Dr. Natalia Ciapryna, MBBS, MRCGP is a UK-trained medical doctor with over two decades of international clinical experience, spanning the UK, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland. Trained at Imperial College London — one of the world’s leading medical schools — she graduated with distinction in clinical practice and further awards for her excellence in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Surgery. She’s seen thousands of patients across a variety of settings and is a passionate advocate for longevity, preventative medicine, and earlier intervention than traditional healthcare models typically allow.
Over the past 8+ years, Dr. Ciapryna has immersed herself in the evolving world of Functional Medicine and Longevity Science — combining her rigorous conventional training with a curiosity for systems biology, root-cause healing, and evidence-based innovation.
She has worked in internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaecology, adolescent health, emergency medicine & paediatrics. With this vast array of experience, she then went into general practice. Since 2012, her highlight has been as a single-handed GP in rural Canada. She currently lives and works in Switzerland, where she continues to balance clinical work with further education, family life and looking after herself.
She is especially interested in how we can use data — from functional testing to wearable tech — to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive, and from disease management to vitality optimization.
A lifelong student of science, Dr. Ciapryna is also a fruit-and-vegetable gardener, drawn to the gut-brain connection, soil health, and the soothing effects of nature.
Dr. Ciapryna combines old-world wisdom with new-world tools, and believes strongly in the power of community, curiosity, and compassion in medicine. Whether she’s reviewing labs, growing purple cauliflowers, or skiing in the Alps — she brings a whole-hearted approach to helping patients and practitioners create lives of vitality and purpose.
