How can AI help?
With the benefit of specific AI platforms, it is now possible to integrate your biological data and discover profound insights on your health status now, and what we can do to optimize it for further decades.
By creating your digital twin, these platforms can analyse your health metrics. Thereafter, you can gain a better understanding of your actual health status, what tweaks you need to make to maintain your youth, rejuvenate you and to prevent disease processes.
Why do I use AI? Because, by drawing from hundreds of data points, AI can make insights that would have taken me hours to look up and make. For example, by drawing together data from wearables, blood biomarkers, microbiome changes and your genetics & epigenetics, it is starting to help us analyse your health status better.
This is only the beginning. One day, radiological information will also be incorporated and then a complete digital twin will start to change the way we practice medicine.
Nevertheless, AI isn’t going to replace me just yet. The insights are nuanced and need a translator.
And finally, arguably the most important aspects of living can’t be uploaded and hence a complete holistic health assessment is still vital.
There’s no point in having a great “biological age” if you’re not having fun and living life!
